Shipper/transport costs
Standard package shipments will be usually delivered by DHL, express shipments by UPS and bulky goods by DB Schenker.

For neutral shipping orders we charge a flat rate of 5,- €

Minimum quantity surcharge

Subsequent delivery
Subsequent deliveries are carriage free, except bulky goods.
Delivery terms
The dispatch will be executed freight collected ex works Karlsbad at client’s expense and risk.
Delivery always without lamps, if not specified otherwise in the product description.
Please note that the packages are only insured until they reach your premises! Once you have signed receipt of the shipment the ownership of the goods is tranferred to you and from this time on the insurance won’t cover any possible transport damages.
